22” Kestner 196 with pristine ball-jointed body. The bisque head was in numerous pieces, the original eyes were out. The doll doctor repaired and repainted the repaired areas only using techniques that left the head showing no repairs on the outside of the head. Touchup paint was applied ONLY to those areas repaired. The original sleep eyes were reinstalled. The doll had her original pate and original blonde mohair wig. The wig was cleaned and reset. The pate was reattached to the head and the wig put back on. The body was cleaned and restrung. The doll was reassembled and redressed.
